
Daryl Shipman brings a unique blend of educational expertise and customer-focused leadership to TBS Safety as the Customer Success Manager. With a B.A. in Management from the University of South Alabama and a Master’s in Education from the University of Mobile, Daryl transitioned from a 14-year teaching career to the private sector, joining TBS to enhance the customer journey. She works closely with the Customer Experience Officer to ensure that every interaction with TBS Safety is positive, efficient, and successful.
